A gasification installation (a gas piping system) of a dwelling starts from the boundary gas meter (owned by the gas distribution company) all the way to the connection to gas appliances and comprises of piping and equipment, as well as chimneys or flue pipes discharging the fumes and gases from the gas appliances into the outside atmosphere. When the boundary between the distribution network and the gasification installation is outside of the dwelling, the gasification installation includes all the piping with or without any associated equipment outside the dwelling between the boundary gas meter and the connections to all gas appliances in the dwelling.

Eligibility Criteria:

In accordance with all applicable Bulgarian and EU directives, norms and regulations and in particular:

Ordinance (of 09.06.2004) on the connection to the transmission and distribution networks
Ordinance (of 09.03.2004) on the organization and safe operation of transmission and distribution lines, facilities, installations and equipment for natural gas
Ordinance (of 25.11.2004) on the technical rules and standards of design, construction and use of facilities and equipment for transmission, storage, distribution and supply of natural gas

Conformity Requirement:

CE Marking or Certificates of conformity issues by accredited institution in EU.

When conformity is certified by an Accredited Institution, the vendor must submit all drawings, bill of materials, and other pertinent product specifications, on the basis of which the Institution has issued its certification report.
