REECL Grant Calculator for Group Home Improvements

Upon completion of any Project, subject to the terms and conditions of this Programme, Borrower shall be entitled to receive payment of a REECL Grant equal to up to 30% of the amount disbursed by the Participating Bank under the relevant REECL Loan, where the Borrower makes use of this loan in a collective group together with 50% or more of other residents in the same apartment block and where such measures are implemented to address the energy efficiency of the whole building envelope.
