Upon completion of any Project, subject to the terms and conditions of this Programme, Borrower shall be entitled to receive payment of a REECL Grant equal to up to 20% of the total amount disbursed by the Participating Bank under the relevant REECL loan, where the Borrower is implementing measures in their dwelling alone.
